We offer decades of experience linking physicians, educators, employers, courts and child advocates to the programs and services their clients need to succeed at work, school and home. These partner agreements and contracts help ease access, coordinate care, and collaboratively improve outcomes.

Our case management staff helps clients coordinate mental health and community services, including primary medical care.

Skill development in symptom management, daily living, interpersonal relationships, community resource navigation, overcoming barriers and self-empowerment.
Advocacy and linkage to services in the community to help clients function at the highest level in school, work and home.
Working to improve baseline medical issues to enhance each client’s quality and length of life.
